Being Happy Promotes Physical And Mental Health :-)

We think that negativity is sometimes a good thing, because it captures the “reality” of the situation. Whatever extrudes from your innermost emotions spreading outwards throughout all personal interactions. How does negativity in the news breed anything other than more negativity? Some of the emotions you may have experienced in this “reality realm” are anxiety, depression, violation and paranoia. These bad mental feelings depress the immune system, increase drug consumption and bring everyone down around you. So what can you do?

Spread the positive notes of optimism to the maximum by clicking below:

Skit follows from the show “Impractical Jokers”, Scoopsie Potato, to trigger your humor magnet:

To promote positivity in my life, I have dropped cable TV. Besides the outrageous expense, a majority of the shows are emotional downers. We are paying big bucks to get negatively entertained. With the exception of educational channels, documentaries and comedies the majority of digital television is trash. Do yourself a favor and switch over to Netflix and/or Amazon Plus. View shows that give quality content to benefit your life.

Life is just out there waiting for you to enjoy it. Do something different like going to a museum, get tickets to a concert, take in a play, or surprise your significant other with a romantic picnic. The options for fun are infinite. Put your common interests on sheets of paper and pick one or two at random. Then take off one night for a comedy club, get together under the stars or a wild/crazy club for drinks and dancing.

This group is constantly spreading happiness throughout the globe. Its makes you think about not sweating the small things that used to piss you off. Just have a great time.

Being happy and spreading love is conducive with producing positive chemicals from within our body. We release these karma components into the environment infecting others with optimism.

So pop the bubble that surrounds your immediate world. You will wonder why you waited so long to figure out how to have a great time.

Start smiling. If you must, force out that upside down frown. You will make yourself and the world a much better place. I guarantee it!
