A diet is a short-term thing. Your trying to lose weight for a prom, a wedding, to attract a mate or to enter a beauty contest. The reason doesn’t matter here. What you’re doing is wrong! You have decided you needed to make a change in your life. That is excellent! But a diet is self-defeating and ultimately going to make matters worse. When the diet ends, the weight will slowly finds its way back onto your frame. The majority of dieters will end up putting on more weight then they originally took off in the first place.

Dieting should be taken out of Webster’s Dictionary and replaced with dietary renovation. We are entering a new era of a Complete Lifestyle Reconstruction. The rules are simple but the RJK (Rejuvenating Journey Kutchstarter) PLAN needs to be followed every day to work. You should lose 1-2 pounds this week. Enlist a friend to join you in this endeavor. Detail your success in my comments section. Any questions are welcome.

The RJK Plan is an evolutionary way to permanently change your life. Spread this information to inspire others to make positive changes in their lifestyle!!

THIS WEEKS RULES:

  • Minimum 15 minute walk daily
  • Weight once daily, in am before breakfast
  • Eat breakfast
  • Cut breads, cereals, pasta or any other carbohydrate intake in half
  • No eating after dinner*

*Exceptions after dinner are carrots, celery, cucumbers and drinking as much cold water as possible

If you need an amazing book to start you off on your dietary journey, please take a look at What To Eat by Marion Nestle. She has a unique perspective on living well with food.
