  2. Howdy! Guess what? I do it right. When I made you the vegetable soup, I used cumin, rosemary, ginger, turmeric, sage, paprika, chili peppers-fresh, fresh basil, garlic, white onion and parsley and sea salt. I use most of these spices in most of my soups and stews! Enjoyed your friends article, but she is not the excellent writer that you are. You have the gift!
